It all started in a small town of Southern Italy, in which our Great Grandfather, Ugo, was a well known chef in a pretty small restaurant. Over the course of the years not only we expanded our restaurant business up to 9 famous and high rated locations, but we started the manufacturing of our own products using the recipes transmitted by generations. It has always been our mission to stick to Chef Ugo`s recipes and preserve the real, earthy, Italian taste. Thanks to the success of our products in the Old World, we decided to expand overseas. To honor the person who taught us the real meaning of “Gusto Italiano”, we named the company Ugo Foods Corp. and with it, the Viva Italia brand came to life.
